(Letter to myself for my next birthday)
Dear Olya,
Today you are 29 years old. You have been through so much in your life, and you are courageous enough to share your experiences in ways that empower humans to gain the similar abilities that you have learned throughout your life.
You’ve learned and taught humans that the stories you tell yourself are ones that stem from the beliefs you’ve picked up along the way. You’ve changed the meanings of those critical moments in your life that hold you back no more, and instead, tell them in ways that allow them to empower and elevate you higher into taking conscious action for your life and push you into the direction you want to go.
You’ve learned that it’s not about what happens to you, but how you react to it that ultimately determines the direction of your life. And that a positive and aware attitude will get you anywhere that you want to go.
In the last year, you’ve learned not only about the individual that you are, but you’ve learned about just how valuable you are and to love yourself and others unconditionally.
You’ve created valuable and empowering content that anyone can benefit from all while having fun, staying true to who you are, and connecting to your heart.
Today, you’re 29 years old. And not only have you taught others how to live more positively, courageously, and authentically- but you’ve practiced it all your life and are continuing to show up, learn, and set your soul on fire (the right kind) through the things you do- no matter the judgments that come from the world.
Resilience only increases if you are brave enough to step out of your comfort zone. Growth happens every single day if you want it to, and you’re quite passionate about it and love teaching others.
28 was an incredible year for you. However, 29 is going to be even more special than 28, 27, 26, etc., combined. And I’m so excited about this life journey that I’ve signed up for.
